The short version: We collect only what we need to respond to your enquiry. We never sell your data. We never share it with third parties for marketing. All data is processed in accordance with UK GDPR and, where applicable, EU GDPR. Your information is stored securely and you can request deletion at any time by emailing
privacy@reviveclassroom.co.uk.
1. Who we are
This website is operated by Company X Group Ltd, registered in England and Wales. Our registered address is available on request. We are the data controller for personal data collected through this website.
We are a pre-incorporation startup. ICO registration will be completed upon incorporation, anticipated in 2026. Until registration is complete, we operate on the basis that enquiry correspondence constitutes routine business communication rather than structured data processing at scale. We are committed to registering on the first working day after incorporation.

2. What data we collect and why
This is a marketing website only. We do not collect or process any student data through this website under any circumstances. The only personal data we collect is from adults who voluntarily contact us by email to enquire about the founding cohort programme.
Email enquiry data
| Data collected | Why we collect it | Legal basis (UK GDPR) |
| School or trust name | To understand which organisation you represent | Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) |
| Your name and role | To address you correctly and understand your position | Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) |
| Email address | To contact you in response to your enquiry | Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) |
| MIS system in use | To assess technical compatibility with our platform | Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) |
| Number of students | To provide accurate pricing and capacity information | Legitimate interests (Article 6(1)(f)) |
We rely on legitimate interests as our legal basis because the information is submitted voluntarily by a professional acting in their work capacity, and processing it is necessary to respond to a business enquiry. Our legitimate interests are balanced against your interests — the processing is limited to what is necessary to respond to you.
3. Cookies
This website uses essential cookies only. We do not use analytics cookies, advertising cookies, or any third-party tracking technologies. We do not use Google Analytics, Facebook Pixel, or any similar tracking service.
Essential cookies in use
| Cookie name | Purpose | Duration |
| rc_cookie_consent | Stores your cookie consent choice so we do not ask again | 12 months |
Essential cookies do not require consent under PECR (Privacy and Electronic Communications Regulations) as they are strictly necessary for the website to function. However, we inform you of their use as a matter of transparency.
4. Where your data is stored and processed
When you email us at hello@reviveclassroom.co.uk, your message is handled by Google Workspace (Gmail), a service provided by Google LLC. Google Workspace processes email data on infrastructure located within the EU and UK under Google's standard data processing terms and GDPR commitments.
This website is hosted by Netlify Inc, a service whose servers are located in the United States. Netlify processes only technical website data (IP addresses, access logs) — not your personal enquiry content. This processing is covered by Netlify's standard contractual clauses and their GDPR compliance programme.
The Revive Classroom product itself — including all school data, student data, and staff data — is processed exclusively on Google Cloud Platform uk-south1 (London). No school or student data is processed outside the United Kingdom under any circumstances. This website is a marketing page only and does not process any school or student data.
5. How we use your data
We use your contact information for the following purposes only:
- To respond to your enquiry about the Revive Classroom founding cohort
- To arrange a product demonstration if you request one
- To send you relevant information about the founding cohort programme
- To assess your school's technical compatibility with our platform
We do not add you to a mailing list without your explicit consent. We do not share your information with any third party for marketing purposes. We do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
6. How long we keep your data
If you submit the contact form and we do not progress to a commercial conversation, we will delete your contact information within 12 months of your submission.
If you become a founding cohort school, your contact information is retained for the duration of the commercial relationship and for 7 years thereafter in accordance with our financial record-keeping obligations.
You can request deletion of your data at any time — see section 8.
7. Who we share your data with
We share your data with the following categories of third party, solely to the extent necessary to respond to your enquiry:
- Netlify Inc — form processing and hosting. Data processed under standard contractual clauses.
- Google Workspace — email communication. Your email address may appear in our email system when we reply to you.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal data with any third party. We do not share your data with advertisers, data brokers, or any commercial third party.
8. Your rights under UK GDPR
You have the following rights regarding your personal data. To exercise any of them, email privacy@reviveclassroom.co.uk. We will respond within one calendar month.

- Right to rectification — you can ask us to correct inaccurate data
